All Weyward Broomworks pieces are handcrafted, and natural variations in broomcorn, wood, color, texture, shape, and other materials are part of the character of handmade work. No two pieces will be exactly alike.
Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and the natural materials used.
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order. Please contact Weyward Broomworks within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem.
Custom and commissioned orders are non-refundable. Details for custom pieces will be agreed upon before work begins.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Weyward Broomworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
